Thank you for choosing gov.online. We want to be upfront with you before you pay: we do not offer refunds.

What you're paying for is our work — preparing your application, reviewing it for common issues, and submitting it to the destination authority. That work begins the moment your payment lands and is considered delivered the moment we submit on your behalf. The decision that follows belongs entirely to the destination authority, and we have no influence over its outcome or timing.

Because the service is delivered before the authority reviews the application, the outcome of that review cannot be the basis for a refund. We mention this here, in plain language, so there are no surprises.

Please email us at [email protected] with your application reference (the GOV-… we sent in your confirmation). We read every message and we'll do whatever we can to help.
